History
Professional Dental Enterprises (PDE) was established in 1985 and offered courses for continuing education to dental professional. In January of 1993
PDE opened a new facility in the San Diego area and classes were expanded to include short term classes in dental assisting and continuing Education.
In 1996, Excelle College was created to accommodate our 12-week course and we changed our name to PDE & Excelle College.
PDE continues to serve our continuing education classes.
Over time our increasing enrollment has attracted a wider variety of student backgrounds and experiences. While most of our students are from southern California, our mobile society has allowed increasing numbers of students from different
geographical areas and age groups to join us.
We have developed strong relationships with area dental offices over the years. These offices provide us with significant input concerning new trends and standards.
Our students experience the special care and attention of an independent school while preparing for careers in the dental field.
Mission
PDE & Excelle College aims to provide short Term Programs at a reasonable / low cost. We provide each student the knowledge and technical proficiency that makes them employable for entry-level positions upon completion of training and meeting all course objectives.
Objectives
PDE & Excelle College strives to demonstrate, through practice and hands on training, the skills that will assist the student learning Dental Assisting.
Students work with contemporary equipment under the supervision of qualified instructors. Each student receives personal attention in classes that are limited in size.
