• Hwy. 805 going north
805 North to Adams Ave. exit. Turn left, go approx 1 mile.
You will see the NORMAL HEIGHTS Business District sign. We are located two blocks past the sign. We are on the right, on the corner of Bancroft and Adams Ave. The name is on the door.

East County
• Hwy. 8 to 805 South
Hwy. 8 to 805 South. Just as you come up the ramp, stay to the right.
The first exit is Adams Ave. Take this exit.
At stop sign turn Right and go one block to traffic light.
You will now be at Adams Ave. Turn Right and go approximately 6 blocks. We are on the right,
on the corner of Bancroft and Adams Ave. The name is on the door

North County • Hwy. 5 going south Hwy. 5 going south to Hwy. 8 east. Hwy. 8 east to 805 South Stay to the right and take the first exit Adams Ave. At stoop sign turn Right and go one block to traffic light. North County • Hwy. 15 going south
Hwy. 15 South. Go past the QualCom Stadium and Hwy t to Adams Ave. exit. Exit on Adams Ave.
At the stoplight turn left. Go approximately one mile. You will see a sign that hangs over the road that says Normal Heights--we are 2 blocks past the sign, on the left, on the corner of Bancroft and Adams Ave. The name is on the door
