Director will distribute a copy of this written ANTI DRUG ABUSE AND ALCOHOL ABUSE PROGRAM to all employees and students. Once it is read, each employee and student will sign an affidavit, indicating both the receipt and understanding of this policy. These signed affidavits will be placed in each student's permanent record (Financial Aid folder), and each employee's personnel file; respectively.
